HIS has officially announced its latest IceQ4 cooled cards, the HD 4870 IceQ4+ series. These cards will use HIS's famous IceQ cooling and will come with either 512 or 1GB of GDDR5 memory.

The first one, HIS HD 4870 IceQ4+ Turbo 512MB, will be working at 780MHz for the core and 1000MHz for the 512MB of GDDR5 memory, while the 1GB version will have a slightly lower core clock of 770MHz. Both cards are based on AMD's reference blue PCB and are cooled by HIS's dual heatpipe IceQ4 cooling.

According to the press release the price should be €249.00 for the 512MB version and €279.00 for the 1GB version. Unfortunately, we can't find them listed in Europe, but we will update as soon as they appear.
